Remember how easy it was to buy a raffle ticket for $5 bucks when you thought of the possibility of getting a free pass to the studio? Remember how easily you gave that money away when you thought you had something to gain? It's interesting that when it comes to helping others and being charitable, sometimes it's not as easy to let go of our money when we think there isn't anything in it for us. But being charitable does bring you many things: Generosity, a bigger heart, euphoria and a sense of satisfaction knowing you've made a difference in the world.
This Saturday is our monthly class where we will donate $1 for every student who attends the 10am class. So just by showing up to class you will be helping our charity the Whole Planet Foundation. And should you decide to give a dollar or two as well, that's completely up to you and how much you want to see your heart grow. ~Namaste~
